The First Thing You Need To Know About Pain Management Guidelines is…

Pain management guidelines, what are they?

That’s a question that somebody asked me this morning. Pain management by definition is just managing your pain.
You’ve probably been doing that long enough.

Pain management includes dangerous drugs, and surgeries, and chiropractic, and physical therapy, and acupuncture and EFT. All these things to manage your pain day in and day out.

Probably, you’ve been managing your pain long enough and you’d like to eliminate the pain instead of managing your pain.

Neuroscientific studies have shown over the last 20, 30 years, unfortunately the medical community is a little, or a lot, behind in this – That you can typically get rid of chronic pain once and for all.

Pain blamed on bulging disc, herniated disc, spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia, torn meniscus, torn rotator cuff, tension headaches, migraine headaches.

There’s no reason to keep managing your pain. You’ve got enough going on in your life where you just don’t need to throw this on your plate. You’ve got plenty. You’ve got enough to take care of.

What do you do?
